Q - What are the terms and conditions for using this site?

A - When you fill out the "REGISTRATION" form you will be required to click the radio button "I have read and agree to terms & conditions" in order to become a registered user. Below are the terms of use.

1.THINK BEFORE YOU POST - I understand that this site is open to public view and therefore I am fully aware that any comments, photos or videos that I post on fishzoo.net can be viewed by anyone that has access to the world wide web and mobile device networks. As such I accept, FULL RESPONSIBILITY for ANY content that I post whatever it's origin.****

2. FISHING INFORMATION ONLY - I understand that this is a fishing information website and not an open forum for a variety of different subjects (that's what facebook is for) As such, I understand that any comments, photos, or videos that I post will be of a FISHING nature. I also understand that this website will NEVER tolerate vulgar, inappropriate language, or images of any kind, and at the administrators discretion will delete any such comments or images and terminate membership of any one who post such matter.****

3.NO SPAM - I understand that this website is not an open forum for free advertising. Any attempt to promote ones own website, product, or service without the permission of the administrator will be deleted and membership will be terminated.****

4. Q - How do I activate my user account?

A - Once you are a registered user you must find the activation code in your email, that will automatically be sent to you. It usually only take a few minutes. In that email there will be an activation code link - click the link - and your user account will be activated. Q - How do I change my privacy settings?

A - Once you are a registered user you must click on the "PROFILE" tab "PRIVACY" in the drop down menu than choose what privacy setting you desire for each category by clicking the arrow to the right of each category. After selecting which settings you would prefer click the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the list.

 


 

Q - How do I reply to a forum discussion, wall comment?

A - To reply to any comment on Fishzoo you must first be a registered user. After you register you must then join the forum you wish to report on or reply to. To start a new discussion: click on the desired forum - click discussions under the avatar 3rd choice - go all the way to the bottom and click - create discussion. To reply: simply open the discussion and type your reply in the "replies" box under the discussion - click "add comment".

 


 

Q - Why am I having trouble uploading photos?

A - In most cases it's because the size of the photo file is too large. The cap on this site is 10 megs if your using a 9+ megapixel camera you may have to re-size the photos before uploading.

 


Q - How is Fishzoo.net finincially supported and funded?

A - Fishzoo.net is completely free to registered users. We do not charge a registration fee like some forums do. Nor do we sell or share email addresses for compensation. Fishzoo.net is supported entirely by Google Advertising Revenue.
